Since 2009, photographers Łukasz Gawroński, Maciej Kulczyński, and Rafał Placek have turned the inspiring interiors of Wrocław’s Monopol hotel into a studio for photo portraits of directors hosted by the T-Mobile New Horizons festival.
The results of their photo shoots feature at the Helios cinema in large-format prints in an exhibition updated daily throughout the festival. The project, which began as a record of unique encounters, has in a few short years grown into a massive photography archive.
Starting with this year’s edition of the festival, all the portrait photo shoots by Łukasz, Maciek and Rafał will be available for viewing online on the festival website.
