In politics, the title term refers, most often, to a ban on exporting arms to a conflict zone. In his film, Johann Lurf applies the term to the façade of a completely sealed-off building belonging to General Dynamics European Land Systems—a global producer of ammunition and combat systems—that is being observed from outside. The camera takes an unhurried look at the building, whose contents are destined for war zones. The filmmaker used 3D technology for the project.
