New Horizons in November: the 20th NH will merge with the American FF

A Sunday in the Country online reunion edition Industry FAQ

This year we will experience a special edition of all the states of cinema. On November 5-15, the 20th New Horizons International Film Festival and the American Film Festival will be held on shared dates in Wroclaw.

Because on April 14 the President of Wrocław, Mr. Jacek Sutryk, canceled all cultural events in the city through the end of August, we searched for an alternative date for this year's New Horizons, originally scheduled for July 23 - August 2.

Although the situation in the world is very dynamic, the November date provides time for the suitable and safe preparation of the combined festivals. We will announce all details, including events related to the program, as they become available.

Information for those who have purchased passes for this year's NH festival:

- the purchased pass is valid for the November edition of the combined festivals, but it can also be exchanged for a voucher for New Horizons Association events in 2020 and 2021 (you can, for example, use part of the amount during this year's NH festival, part in the next); the value of the voucher will not be less than the amount paid for the pass

- part or all of the amount paid for the pass may be provided to the New Horizons Association as a donation

- you can also receive a refund for the full amount to the account from which the payment was made

Please send all questions regarding the passes to: sprzedaz@nowehoryzonty.pl

The festival's industry events (Polish Days, First Cut Lab, Studio New Horizons+, A Sunday in the Country) will take place in the most practicable formula on their unchanged July dates.

Thank you for all your expressions of support. They give us strength and reinforce our belief that our efforts will result in a very special event.
