A young man nervously traverses a city with a film crew seeking a safe place to share his story of escaping from the Donbas region. The story goes back as far as his childhood until his arrival in the camp. Little by little, the motivations and circumstances in which the protagonist made this, possibly the most important, life-altering decision come to the fore.
Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. Received a scholarship from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. Is currently a fifth-year student of Direction at the Lodz Film School. Her films have been screened (and have won awards) at numerous festivals, including Hot Docs, Karlovy Vary, Cannes Short Corner, IDFA, T-Mobile New Horizons, and the Brooklyn Film Festival. Her film Such a Landscape captured the main prize for student films, a Golden Tadpole, at the 21st Camerimage Film Festival.
