The Inner Scar

In the opening scene of The Inner Scare, a somewhat-frightened Nico asks her companion, “Where are you taking me?” Soon, they both set off on a picturesque journey into a world full of symbolism from the Bible and ancient myths. Shot in Death Valley and Iceland, among other places, the film is impressive in terms of its visual beauty. In the words of Nico herself, this enigmatic story is, in reality, “a poem about the fragility of life.”
