The final, though chronologically first, part of the acclaimed trilogy directed by Marta Pajek. This time, the Polish animator presents the story of an older woman who traverses the labyrinthine streets of a deserted city that brings to mind de Chirico paintings. During the walk, the protagonist (in the voice of Anna Polona), expounds a melancholy monologue in which she recalls the memories of her loved ones.
Marta Pajek was born in 1982. She is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, where she studied Animation in the studio of the famous Jerzy Kuć. She also received a scholarship to complete an internship at the Turku Arts Academy in Finland, under the direction of Priit Pärn. Her films, starting from Sleepincord (2011), received many awards in Poland and around the world.
