Just white and her: Daria – a teenager who paid for her first love with a heroin addiction. While her boyfriend goes to prison, Daria's parents put her on methadone treatment. She tells her story from rehab, but is it the full picture? The frightened girl learns the strict rules of the clinic and answers to the needs of other patients, while the key, which can open many doors and bring relief, turns out to be touch. In clean, refined frames, closed in 4:3 format, Monica Stan and George Chiper-Lillemark talk about the need for intimacy, the power latent in fragility, as well as the thin line separating camouflage from manipulation. Immaculate is more proof that Romanian cinema continues to be a source of new energy and unexpected emotions.
