The essence of Rainer Kohlberge’s experiment is found in the relationship between an evolving minimalistic image and changes in the intensity and rhythm of an electronic sound. Their fusion is illusory, while the projection of Moon Blink raises questions about the reality of the precedence of the visual over the aural.
Born in 1982 in Austria. Visual artist. His works are based on produced graphics. Won a Crossing Europe Local Artist Award in 2013. Currently lives in Berlin.
