Sunny Afternoon is a visual discourse that transforms into the avant-garde. Using materials shot in 1992, Thomas Renolder subordinates film image to sound rhythmicity, in this case subject to the structure of sound modulation. As for this visual experiment, the artist uses various techniques (photography, drawing, animation, rotoscope) to reflect on artistic image analysis and the nature of film genres.
