The classic film The Testament of Dr. Mabuse provided the starting point for this German artist’s experimental creation using material from Fritz Lang’s original work. However, just as Hallo Mabuse is composed of selected parts from the German original, the entire short film is also just part of a larger project by Dietmar Brehm that he has been working on since 2007.
Born in 1947 in Linz, Austria. From 1967 to 1972, studied Painting at the University of Fine Arts in Linz. Is involved in drawing, painting, photography, and experimental filmmaking. His work has been exhibited both in Austria and abroad.
