Dive into alternative reality built of abstract forms, motions, sounds and images. Eugeniusz Rudnik, one of the most intriguing artists of our times who revolutionized the meaning of music with a pair of scissors and magnetic tape, will be your guide to the undiscovered. Rudnik began his musical career operating an audio machinery in the Polish Radio Experimental Studio, one of the first institutions of its kind in the world, soon to become one of its co-creators and a great and influential artist in the end. Zuzanna’s Solakiewicz experimental documentary is built like a collage. It is a tribute to the miracle that happened in the analog age and most of all music, that was composed from scraps of sounds of surrounding accustic reality. Music visualizations, contemporary and archival documentary materials used in the film, open the door to the world of experimental music, even for the quite untrained ear.
