The second half of the 1970s. Several teenagers from Ustrzyki Dolne, led by a charismatic and undisciplined student from Ustrzyki's school Siczka, decide to become punks and play punk rock. Inspired by the Sex Pistols heard on Radio Free Europe, they form the punk rock band KSU. They play rebellious music and at the same time transplant elements of London's “punk culture” (safety pins, razor blades, chains, black jackets, mohawks, etc.). The boys' music and actions are noticed by the SB secret service officer Jerzy Majak, who while interrogating Siczka, makes him understand that there will be no “punk” in Ustrzyki Dolne.
