Screening of Minghun

Jurek and his Chinese father-in-law, Ben, embark on a journey in search of a perfect dead husband for Masia, Jurek’s daughter. In order to find him, they have to perform a forgotten Confucian ritual called minghun. During the search, they push their boundaries and get into absurd trouble, but they also discover what is truly important. Through this experience, both Jurek and Ben undergo a rebirth, which restores their faith in love and the meaning of life.
