Distortion, deformation, magnified pixels, and total disintegration hide the original image. What we want to see is hiding beneath, but we cannot see it because of constant interference. This is what happens when you use illegal resources to obtain films. distortion is a voice in the discussion about copyright and the consequences of watching films from unknown providers.
