Reality 2.0

Victor Orozco Ramirez
Germany, Mexico 2012 / 11’

Violence and drugs are perennial subjects for artists from Central and South America, who by means of their works signal issues consuming these regions. The German-Mexican co-production Reality 2.0 deals with the same problem. Ramirez’s animated documentary is a pure socially engaged movie and, at the same time, the author’s personal voice. The voice of an expatriate emotionally attached to his homeland.
