Wotruba is the surname of a 20th-century Austrian sculptor. Vienna’s Church of the Holy Trinity is recognized as his greatest achievement, and it is also the subject of this documentary by Thomas Draschan, who, through adept editing, not only presents this work of architecture but also inspires viewers to reflect on the passage of time.

Thomas Draschan

Born in 1967. Lives and works in Vienna. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and at Cooper Union in New York. His artistic interests include video, film, and collage. Since 1998, his work has been exhibited widely in Europe and the United States. He has received numerous prestigious awards for his experimental productions.
