Advance tickets for stationary screenings has been on sale from July 3, noon and are only available online at nowyhoryzonty.pl. To purchase tickets online at nowyhoryzonty.pl you must have an active account and be logged in (setting up an account is free).
We encourage you to use electronic tickets and purchase tickets online at nowyhoryzonty.pl. Ticket offices will be open only during the New Horizons Film Festival (in the Lower Silesian Film Center starting July 18), in the case of the New Horizons Cinema – the day before the festival starts.
During the festival, online sales for a given title end 10 minutes before the start of a given show – this will allow viewers to calmly complete their transaction, reach the room and take their seats. After this time, until the show starts, tickets can be purchased at the cinema box offices or by using the Open Ticket service directly at the doors of the particular cinema hall.

Of course. The best way is to obtain BNP Paribas Film Card VISA which provides as much as 20% discount on the purchase of movie tickets—including for the Gala Screenings (at the cost of 24 PLN). For other screenings: PLN 21. One person can buy a maximum of two discounted tickets per one screening. The discount is calculated in the transaction summary, after entering the first nine digits of your BNP Paribas Film Card VISA number. Read more about the discount offer with the VISA Bank BNP Paribas Film Card here.
People who have the New Horizons Cinema Friends Club Card or the Nasz Wrocław card can purchase tickets for PLN 22 for themselves and an accompanying person. To purchase discount tickets, select the "I want to use a discount" option on the purchase page and enter your card number. Discounted tickets can also be purchased at stationary box offices: from July 16 at the New Horizons Cinema, from July 18 at the Lower Silesian Film Centre.
Yes. The Open Ticket (OT) efficiently uses seats available in the screening room. OT works like a pre-paid card that can be topped up with cash or payment card at the festival box office. OT holders can scan their open ticket outside a screening room including at the start time of their selected screening, and occupy a vacant seat or an unused reserved seat (subject to availability). However, OT is not only for people waiting for vacancies at the most popular screenings – the funds on the card can also be used for the regular purchase of a ticket for any screening that has not sold out.
We do not accept ticket returns – please read the program carefully and purchase tickets for the appropriate screenings.
