Virtual Reality & Beyond – registrations for an open lecture still open New Horizons Studio+ awarded projects

The biggest industry event in Poland - Polish Days has just started at the 19. New Horizons IFF.

Over 220 guests from Poland and abroad will take part in the event.There are 23 projects presented in the programme of this year’s Polish Days.

Participants will compete for excellent awards: Polish Film Institute scholarship for the EAVE 2020 Producers Workshop, ColorOffOn Film Postproduction Award and, for the first time, the Screen International’s Best Pitch Award offering coverage of the life-cycle of the winning film. Screenwill follow the winning film thoughout its development, production and release.

There are various accompanying events at Polish Days this year: Focus on UK / Coproduction Creativity Talks co-organised by British Council and Polish Producers Alliance (KIPA), which include talks and meetings with the British producers and

Polish-German Coproduction / Meet & Greet event  co-organised by Connecting Cottbus, the FilmFestival Cottbus and Medienboard Berlin Bradenburg.

Polish Days is co-organized by the Polish Film Institute and The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Event partners include EAVE, the Screen International, Coloroffon, the Wrocław Film Commission, the Mazovia Warsaw Film Commission, the Łódź Film Commission, the Krakow Film Commission, the Podkarpackie Film Commission, Silesia Film Commission, Warmia - Masuria Film Fund, DI Factory, British Council and Adam Mickiewicz Institute.

Media partners include Film Pro, Film New Europe and Film & TV Kamera.
