13th T-Mobile NH IFF: programme

13th T-Mobile New Horizons IFF will be held from 18 till 28 July 2013. Part of the 13th edition will be a review of new Russian cinema, Cinema Du Look and Swiss musical documentaries. Retrospectives include films by the Polish director Walerian Borowczyk and German director Hans Jürgen Syberberg.
