Rosalind Nashashibi gives us a look at everyday life in the Gaza Strip, a place infamous for its religious, racial, and ethnic conflicts. Born in a district of London, the director observes the Arab-Israeli conflict with a certain degree of distance and reserve, using a variety of forms of expression in her description of the conflict.

Rosalind Nashashibi

Born in 1973 in Croydon (England). Studied Painting at Sheffield Hallam University and Fine Art at the Glasgow School of Art. Her work has been exhibited in London, New York, Vancouver, and Venice. Her work was also presented as part of a collective exhibition sponsored by the Foksal Gallery Foundation during the third editition of the Era New Horizons International Film Festival. She currently works and lives in London.
