Containing a significant amount of archival footage, Kudryavka – Little Ball of Fur reminds us of when, in 1957, a dog named Laika was sent into Outer Space. And although this episode occupies a central place, the film is primarily a combination of images from concerts, banquets, and other documentary film recordings.
