Six-year-old Ala lives with her parents and two peculiar cats, a black one called Id and a white one known as Ego. The little girl has a secret: when she is alone with her cats, she can talk to them, and she also grows cat ears and a cat tail. On her father's birthday, Ala gives him a card, but he seems to be happier with the tie that her mother gives in. On top of that, Id is upset because he appears to be smaller than Ego in the picture. As if that were not enough, someone destroys the card. Will she manage to save the day?
