Trento Symphonia
Just before sunset, the members of the orchestra and chorus get set up with a mountain landscape in the background in order to perform the first movement of Mahler’s 8th Symphony. As the music proceeds and night descends, the look of the landscape changes, as does the number of musicians.

A group of artists based in Milan and Berlin. This artistic collective, which makes films and installations, was established in 2006. Their works have been presented at many prestigious festivals and galleries. Their latest work, Trento Symphonia, took part in the competition at the International Film Festival Rotterdam.
